Apparently something like a "regular season ice hockey game" happened last Wednesday at approximately 8 PM PST, but I was too busy "exercising" and "being at an ice hockey practice" and "failing to score a goal unless it was a garbage goal" to watch. However, I will recap this game as best as I possibly can.

Welcome back to FOGSquad! As you may know, the 2014-2015 NHL season ended in confusion, as Gary Bettman stopped the Stanley Cup Playoffs prematurely for reasons only he knows. However, there is plenty to look forward to when it comes to the 2015-2016 NHL season: new games, new players, and new agonies. To prepare for the draft that is occurring today, we're going to give you a comprehensive, deeply researched list of the best draft picks.

We all have an aesthetic, even if you don't want to accept that you have one. An aesthetic near and dear to the Squad's heart is floral jock, aka soft sports, aka pastel bro. It's difficult to become a curator of this aesthetic while also displaying the facets of the aesthetic, but we're here to help! While we wait for an NHL team to come out with a lavender ombré jersey, let's look at some of the best aesthetics for your Bro who isn't that into hockey, but still wants to be stylin'.

Welcome back to FOGSquad! We have a fun, exciting article for you today. Have you ever seen a hockey reporter come across your timeline and you think, "Oh my god, I wanna punch this *********** right in their face?" Of course you have! We have all felt that feeling. However, you should know that there are some people you just shouldn't fight. We've compiled a good list of hockey writers and reporters in an attempt to help you decide which one you should and shouldn't fight.

Yikes! This season has seen a lot of hockey players arriving late to practice. What is it about 2014-2015? Electrical disturbances shutting down alarm clocks? A distaste for breakfast foods? A strange overpopulation of crows? Overwhelming, soul-crushing ennui? Any of those are completely valid reasons for missing a day of work or school if you're a normal person, but we all know that hockey players are above things like social responsibilities and the "law."
Anyways, we've compiled a list of ways that any hockey player could be late to practice. If you aren't a hockey player, imagine you are! If that's difficult, here's a tip: imagine you have a lot more money and a lot more leeway than you have ever had in your entire life. Phew, that should get you in the mindset!

We're right in the thick of playoffs! Hopefully your team (or the team you're desperately hoping will destroy that one team you dislike so much you want nothing more than to watch them crash and burn) is still hanging on. Here's a question, though: do you know what your horoscope for the day is? You might wanna take a look!

For quite a few teams in the NHL, locker clean out day is probably the worst day of the season. It's the day you leave an unfulfilled season behind. It's the day that, for many players, equals a summer of worry about where they'll be for the next season. However, for all NHL players, locker clean out day is a day to find things you never thought you'd see again. We went behind the scenes and found several objects that your favorite hockey players found on clean out day.

It's summer! I've got my snapback on and I'm ready to fuckin' party. The playoffs have come around once again, and you're either gazing for hours out the window, preparing for the worst, or have shed all human emotions. The Squad decided to have a little fun with the bracket, as both of our teams have been kicked out of the playoffs. Who do we think will win the Stanley Cup? Read on to find out!

69, a number so nice, our own mcoles69 uses it in her screen name. While spending time thinking about how nice the number 69 is, I came up with a question. Who are the greatest NHL players to ever be picked 69th in the NHL Entry Draft? Surely the nicest number would be graced with the nicest players to ever play in the National Hockey League. Well, unfortunately, most of the best players are picked in places like #1 or #2, but luckily for us, there were enough real hockey players to let me make this list: the top 10 hockey players who were picked 69th overall in the NHL Entry Draft.

Hello, and welcome back to Fake Or Gay. Today, we'd like to present an article that one of our founding members is exceedingly proud of. As you may know, there are multiple hockey players who, as veterans, are those who younger players look up to. What you may not know, however, is that these veteran players are not only role models for young players, but role models for all of us. You don't need to tell us about these hockey players you secretly keep framed photos of in the locked bottom drawer of your desk. It's alright. Everyone knows already.

We here at Fake Or Gay would like to apologize for our tardiness on this post. We hope you can understand that we needed our time to mourn. It has been several months since the departure of Michael Richards to the Los Angeles Kings' farm team, the Manchester Monarchs. This fall from glory was expected, but surprising all the same. However, we do not intend to keep you from our eulogy with minor background details that you are already aware of. Without further ado, our eulogy.

Hello, and welcome back to your favorite niche hockey blog, Fake or Gay! It's been a while since our last post, but we're right on back with coverage of the only important thing to have happened in hockey since the beginning of time: The Stadium Series at Santa Clara, California. This isn't going to be big on Fake or Gay vibes, but hopefully you'll enjoy this write-up of the event.
